Visit there atleat to see the construction if planning to buy home in noida. It is very near from ek murti as well as from crossing republik.
All the amenities available near by this.
Very prime location near by SKS world school.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ! Be Aware, specially the Guy Name AZAD SINGH ! Bunch of frauds. No Road. No Basic facilities. Incomplete house delivered. Once you pay, no will answer your calls.
Not recommended to buy from 99homez or kingson villa.
Please don’t talk about construction quality, image says it all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1.Illegal residential property. They mention Freehold but nothing is Freehold in GNIDA other then Ansal gold link 1.
2. Plots being build on Agricultural land and They are traping commoners on basis that registry can be done but Govt can take anytime such land
3. Illegal construction, Govt will destroy these villa asap. Check with guys from where they acquired the land.
Now Some of the you shared pics, It wont ever get complete. Be assure these UP goons wont listen you or may be shoot you if u insist much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The builder and agent firm 99 Homez Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd through which i bought a villa, are totally fraud and they are duping the common people. During the time of deal they said they will construct 4 roads connecting kingson green villa and green residency through different near by localties but now the situation is worst we don't even have a single road through which we can pass on easily. But now when we try to share our grievance with them then they don't listen and even start threatening to us. We have invested our hard earned money to buy our dream home. The KINGSON BUILDTECH builder and agent firm 99Homez both are fraud beware from them.
I am attaching two pictures that explain the road condition, one is taken recently and another taken in rainy season. Then you can understand that the review I've provided is right or wrong.
Final Comment -
BEWARE DON'T FALL IN THEIR TRAP, DON'T BUY ANY VILLA OR PLOT from KINGSON BUILDTECH builder or from 99Homez directly or indirectly. Otherwise your life will become hell.
