★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He is a cheat. Can't trust him for any money. Don't pay even a single penny expecting him to deliver. He will simply run away. The moment I made the payment requesting him to get my flat painted, he stopped picking up my calls. He demanded ₹25k for a work that can be completed for ₹15k. I realised only after paying ₹15k. I had to get the work done by another trustworthy person later and ended up incurring ₹30 k altogether. He is one person without any ethics.
