★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my average rating for last 4 years, as I have moved into different places. Pathetic service. People working are much more reluctant and casual than any age old government official. No matter how important it is for you, it doesn't matter to them. Their language, I am not saying anything more about this. People working over there treat you like they are providing you their organs for free and you are insulting them on return.
