β β β β β Since I shifted to Patuli and started taking cylinder from this company, I regret to inform that everytime they sell my cylinder in black. And when I start follow up they deliver only after lot of effort. I receive message that my cylinder is delivered whereas I dont get the cylinders. Office people never pickup phone. And I go to there office leaving my office work there behavior is worst as if I am begger and begging for cylinder. How to complain against these unprofessional people to there superiors can anyone advice.

β β β β β The delivery person should checked the cylinder for leakage if any but he doesnot,He somehow drops at the doorsteps. He is rudely behaved. He extracts money as'baksish'

β β β β β You book after 2-3days you will get to see that your gas got delivered bur actually they do not come to delivery even after weeks .they do not pick phones.they ask extra money after 15 phonecalls.very veryirresposible beahvious and tbeir office is equally bad behaviou.
I stay alone and work so weekdays i can not take delivery so i book 1or 2 days close to weekend.but they never deliver on weekend but send you message that it is delivered.
