They have a wide range of items such as televisions, refrigerators, air conditioners, coolers, computer peripherals, laptops, mobile phones, washing machines and so on. We recently made some purchases of electronics from here and were given good deals by Mr. Kiran. I would recommend that you check the prices at this place before checking anywhere else. They are likely to give you a better deal!

I bought laptop from here with MSoffice but it was trial version office when i reached back to store for activation due to some technical challenge they were nt able to do it but they could have coordinated with lenovo or microsoft for this but no further support was entertained by kohinoor staff and the management. I was feeling like duped for 9000 or so.
I purchased the laptop 6 months back but still struggling to get my issue resolved... And now they have stopped recieving my calls as well,
such a unprofessionalism!
Apart frm this i also wrote mail to kohinoor support team but they also didnt respond after knowing issue ?
So never purchase stuff from this store their target is to just sell not to give proper service.
If we read reviews and go to store we should ask staff why this issue had been arised and how you guys resolved it this way they will understand how important is the customer service post purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased Samsung 43 led smart tv on 19th March’19. Sales staff, billing staff both were humbled & good. Unfortunately on 14th November’21, I found that same LED is not starting, then filled complaint with Kohinoor customer centre, after that real picture started. Enginer came, told mother board gone & taken Rs 2,000/-No worries, technical things may faulty. How can this happen in just 2 years?? No answer? No follow up from Kohinoor customer care. After 15 days, Samsung service person called & told that they are not getting parts. That means, Kohinoor sold closed model of Samsung to me. So be aware…..
