★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this Koja Store situated at Manali Mall road recently on the last day of Year 2021. I have selected two pairs of Soft bedroom warm slippers and asked the price for both. The staff of Koja who was helping said the price of each pair is 320 only and it is the same for both pairs. If you want to buy both then you have to pay 640 for both. I was so happy because I want to buy one for my Mother and another for a gift. However, the situation was entirely changed from a happy mood to a very hurtful and worse mood. At the time of billing, the billing staff said to me that one pair is RS 690 and another was 320. I said, your staff was saying each pair has a price of 320, the billing staff denied the same when I had requested please call your staff member who was helping me and telling the information. This is a piece of wrongful information and comes under deceit. You can't sell Bronze under the price of Gold. Even after that, the front desk billing staff forced me or rudely shouted at me and said that whether you want to buy or not tell me. Don’t go on staff information, there is a long queue of customers.
This was my first-hand experience in the KOJA store of Manali. I will never recommend such kinds of places and business stores that don't know how to talk to your clients or customers. The staff is very poor and frustrated. Unfortunately, I don't have photos to add, but this was my overall experience on the last day of 2021.
The wrong pointers are:
1. There is no price tag on the products.
2. Misguide
3. Wrong information provided by the staff
4. Rude behaviour by the Koja Staff
5. Mis-management.
6. Poor quality service
7. Business-oriented instead of the customer
8. Wrong intention
9. Deceit
10. No patience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited koja store manali on new year 2022 I was very excited to buy things from there. The girl who was on the billing counter the behaviour was very rude and unacceptable. The price on the product was erased but when i asked about the price of the stuff toy she replied in a very rude manner. She then asked rudely if i want to buy or not and making weird faces looking at us. She was nit even willing to give us carry bag and was forcing all the things into one, then there was a boy in that store he said to the girl that give the another carry bag then she made faces again and gave us the carry bag unwillingly. The girl on the billing counter was very rude and not at all welcoming. Overall the store and the products were good but the behaviour of the staff was not nice.

But was out of my budget.
U know right bts stuffs are really expensive.
But staffs are so sweet and friendly .
Very friendly store.
We were passing through that store actually my sis saw it and said unnie see bts store .
I rushed inside and was so happy .
I didn't buy anything but I was so happy.
Very neat shop.
They clean it every time
Good staff.
Worth visiting for bts,blackpink and exo fans but more for bts armies as it has more of bts.
