★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asit Dhali - You are the manager of this service centre and you yourself are giving a 5 star review of your centre, while me, a hitachi ac customer is unable to reach anyone from your workshop. Your employee Saeed has stopped responding to my calls, you cannot be contacted as there is no way to get your phone number. My AC complaint was made on 16th July and today is 28th July. How long does it take for a spare part (Outdoor PCB) to come? I dont understand the kind of service you are providing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEVER USE THIS AIR-CONDITIONING COMPANY. They are an authorised service centre for Panasonic ACs. After you receive your Panasonic AC they this dealer will contact you for installation if you are in Kolkata. Turn down this company and ask Panasonic to assign you another service centre.
I bought my Panasonic AC on Amazon. It was quoted 1500 for installation. This service company charged me 2600 that too after serious negotiations for installation. My air-conditioner didn't need any extra bracket . The technicians are total con men. They wear no uniform, no masks whatsoever , ( COVID what the heck). On top of it they issued only a bill for 1300. Rest all charges are cash transactions.
The workmanship is shoddy. My indoor unit was overhanging the wall by 10 inches. I had to force them to reinstall the indoor unit properly. They made a mess of the house and never cared to even clean any of the mess that they created.
I REPEAT NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SERVICE. YOU WILL REGRET IT
