★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank manger is not giving full information and because of this ₹885 charges has been deducted for simple debit card.
In month may when I met with branch manager then he told that I can avail this card facilities till next financial year since charges is already processed. But yesterday I got message regarding deduction of debit card charges of ₹885.
I m going to delete my Kotak account.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst branch.. the branch manager is extremely unprofessional.. argues with his employees raising his voice and then comes out of cabin n fights with the customers.. he doesn't have control over his employees, if there are certain rules set it should be followed by each n every staff and everytime when the customer visits the bank, which entirely is the responsibility of the manager to check on.. the manager remember rules n regulations when he is frustrated.. haven't seen a ilmannered, arrogant person at managerial post ever..
