★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad experience i have ever get from any bank,Totally Cheap behavior of staff,I use to visit bank on daily basis around 9.30, but doors they open around 9.45. I have complained against the branch after 4 days my complaint has been closed without any action done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch is small in space. So it feels crowded even with few customers. For writing slips, application form, etc. the available writing desk is really small. Only two people can write at a time. Staff is polite and guide well to their customer. It was my first visit and I felt service is little slow. Especially transactions counters. I hope it won't be the case always.
