no proper service and they deduct lost of money without letting our knw and we cant contact to them through call..
never open a account in kotak bank be smart there are many good banks in india Kotak is worst and nw am closing my kotak account i just opened is because it was a easy way to open the bank account but now let it be hard but should never trust kotak bank

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever bank, I never suggest any client to open bank account in this branch. No proper way of answering. Its my mistake opening account in this branch. I have many known person account in this branch, and will soon get them out of this bank and suggest HDFC back. HDFC back is far better than this bank, they don't charge any amount unnecessarily. here they charge as per their wish, and branch manager abhilash is one of the pathetic creature in this branch. he himself think as though a good personality, but animals are also far better than him

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here to ask about my debit card which was not reached even after 2 weeks of approved request and person did help me out to reach the customer care and get my card to ship back to me as soon as possible and I got it back in 2 days.
Customer care was really good and I wish them to keep it up with their services.
