Bank Employees' do not have any knowledge to address the customer's requirements. Everyone pointing others, No one willing to take the responsibility for customer's need.
Simply I can say, leadership of bank (Branch Manager) is useless person. Do not have any control on the Bank. Here, Need high authority intervention to fix the issue
