★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I been to this branch for the adhar mobile change and I took an appointment for the same in the morning standing in a long queue.. when I reach on time and check with the counter they mentioned that the respective person not available after waiting quite long 60 minutes no response and I left the back.. Quite disappointed...Even manager not available to complain on the same... That’s the only reason people prefer going to private banks... Please don’t go to flood bank for Adhar card update...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst service. I been to Sbi for the adhar mobile number updation. People were in long queue waiting outside of the bank for the token collection.. No proper social distancing followed and the officers are very rude with the behavior.. Very much disappointed with the service of the bank.I will never recommend anyone to go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this bank for yono app activation but the staff in charge who activate the app is very worst fellow. First he activated the app but he didn't allow me to transact. When I again approached him he said yes I didn't allow you now I allow but changed my internet banking password and gave me the wrong password. When I again approached him he told me to come the next day. Still it is going on and the issue is not yet solved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to open a bank account through SBI app. I have done everything and they ask me to come the next day because the person who is responsible for opening account is not available. The bank work timings are 2.30 pm to 4pm. When I enquire other people in the branch, the response is that person has gone for lunch and inspection. I don't know if this is a bank or his own business to go for lunch anytime they want. This is the difference between SBI and other private banks. Worst people and employees
