★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Made multiple visits and after those and several calls and emails they kept changing their mind about what was available for sale. All of this after they had formally accepted an order with an advance payment too! Finally called to say they wanted to cancel the order as they only dealt with bulk orders. Could not have been more unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Careful before getting attracted to this trap. Products look good but delivery is pathetic. Product delivery extended repeatedly. Spoke to Arvind who is owner, Anju who looks at retail and several others in between. They all keep making false promises and / or don’t respond on phone/ messages. There really is no one who is responsible here. Finally on day of delivery 7-8 weeks post advance the product was broken. Poor alignment of legs of table. Besides Drawers not smooth and extremely poor quality of hinges . Had to make a huge row to get my advance back. Be warned!

For people who like Scandinavian yet traditional furniture pieces, this is the place to be!
The owners Mr. Arvind and Suman Panwar (both fantastic designers from NID) have put in a lot of thought into each and every furniture piece on display. The whole look and feel of the store transforms you into a living space that you want to make yours.
Have bought from them, and till now the furniture piece looks brand new. The quality of Krea's furniture is unmatched.
Would highly recommend you visit the store, and once you do, Im sure you will not be able to stop yourself from purchasing .
