They are unprofessional even in attending the phone calls of the clients. I am the owner of MG gloster bought from krishna automobiles mohali and so writing this comment, so as to make the company
owners aware of how their management is working. So keep a check on their internal management and avoid such criticism from the clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the onset, let me say that I have been a client of the Krishna group since 2010. We've purchased 3 cars from their dealerships, 2 of them being very expensive models. In general I'm very satisfied with their welcoming attitude and quality of service. However, this so-called Multi-brand workshop is a managerial disaster to say the least.
They do not treat your car any better than the government treats citizens of India. First, promises are made of impeccable work quality and how they have everything sorted, from parts suppliers to technician training and experience. And then unpleasant realities surface.
I handed over an 8 year old Skoda Laura to them to fix some issues. The main issue relating to the AC is sorted, and some missing parts are ordered against an advance payment. Weeks later, some parts arrive and are fitted. More weeks later, still no sign of remaining parts. The technicians are so lax, uncompetitive, they leave checking simple things like wiper blades, suspension squeaks, a sagging roof lining and so on and so forth.
Once it was agreed that they are unable to source remaining parts, the struggle to obtain an invoice and refund began. This time over a month passes, but their laid back approach to work shines bright.
Thanks to them for helping me burn more calories by making follow ups a regular affair. Thankfully I've been told this week that the refund cheque is ready for collection by me.
My car now has an idling issue and the check engine light hasn't gone away even after replacing some sensors, and the staff are understandably clueless on how to fix it.
If you're considering taking your car here, disappointment of the highest order awaits you.
