★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After staying for almost 1 year in Kristal I felt cheated. Owners are dependent on a broker (Kumar) . When you leave apartment, Painting money charged is way more than one month rent,which they don't mention in rent agreement. My rent was 18.4k and painting money deducted cost was 22 k + 5k for deep cleaning of house and miscellaneous.
Not all owners but some are really cheater
Specially flat 709 b block , owner name Lijina Nambiar. The tenant before me had the same issues but we got to know from neighborhood after we rented the flat and started living.
Else society and its maintenance is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most dire needs of an apartment ecosystem are security, maintaince and working towards betterment.
Kristal beryl scores a 10 on security with well equipped surveillance, keeping a tab on who's coming and going, login system etc.
Maintaince done here is commendable with different garbage collectors coming for different types of garbage. Pool is cleaned on a regular interval. The surrounding here is clean which is a terrific job done by the society personnel.
People here in the society are working together to run the society in a peaceful and smooth way. Actions are taken immediately whenever a complain is lodged.
All in all it's a good society to live in, a bit far on the outskirts but it still can't save you from the traffic of Bengaluru. But hey, when they say Bengaluru, I always hear traffic.
