★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even when I walked in casually for an inquiry (with no definite intensions of buying the machine); Saurabh gave me proper information of all the available models without even hesitating that I might be another customer who only would inquire and walk away.. his response was so positive that I actually confirmed the bike on that evening itself. Post payments it only took them couple of days to complete the RTO formalities and the bike was delivered to me on the committed date an time.. "no hassle purchase".. first time in my life it was actually so much easy to complete the entire process of vehicle purchase..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Courteous staff and good service overall. Documentation and vehicle registration was handled efficiently with good TAT levels. My only crib is that the officials at the Franchisee were not aware of the launch of the 2022 variant of the bike that i purchased and unfortunately, few days post booking my vehicle, there was an announcement in media about the 2022 launch happening in January 2022! In case the information was not passed on by the KTM head office, i would really request the head office to take this feedback and keep the franchises well informed about this so that the customers are well informed and can take appropriate decisions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KTM showroom now shifted to this location. Showroom is big and good it’s exactly next to the petrol pump. Staff is good and helpful. Good and hygiene place. They’ll provide you parking, best time to visit in afternoon if you want to take test ride. I went there to check Duke Adventure 250/390 as I wanted to upgrade in next few months.
