★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i visited vasai(east) sativali showroom. i was planning to buy ktm 390 adventure. but before that i wanted a test ride. so that i can be sure of what i am buying. so i visited showroom. i asked them for test ride they just told me that they don't give a test ride. how can i buy a product before having test ride they so provide one.they didn't even attend us properly.

Pros:
Bikes are available on display and test ride. The staff has a good knowledge about the bikes.
They guided us from selecting a bike as per our requirement to each minute detail regarding service and maintenance cost.
Cons:
Although the sales team is excellent, the service team is exactly the opposite.
My friend Kshitij bought his Adventure 390 and within a few days the right suspension had a oil leakage.
We got in touch with Vipul from KTM regarding the issue. It's been 20 days now and still they were not able to get the new part / fix the issue.
Very disapointing service by KTM Vasai.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very good experience, buying my first bike. Service was very good. I just visited showroom to see and get quotation. Apart from it everything was done from my home and did not visited showroom for further process. Sales team did all paper work including delivery of bike at my doorstep.
I really appreciate sales team for all arrangements.
Thank you KTM Vasai team for wonderful buying experience in this critical time(pandemic situation).

Realised it was a major scam as there was no job card open! The team been telling me that they would revert every other next day for parts availability!
Now it’s been freaking 2 months and yet there’s no call no msg no update from them!
What assurance would I have if my parts are missing or swapped from this motorcycle!
As I had a similar experience with my other KTM duke!
I hope the Service team from KTM India takes this up seriously!
Why would anyone/service centre accept motorcycles without job card creation for the respective Customer of the motorcycle???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service was poor by KTM staff as they didn't even provide water ? I went fr Chetak there so Chetak customer service was extremely good I don't remember the guy's name bt he was extremely humble nd friendly nd explained everything in depth. Overall experience was ??.
