Experiencing right now. They sent us to another company bus then they dropped us somewhere. When I called kukkesree they didn't take any proper responsibility

β β β β β Pathetic service ever, do not ever recommend.
1. They don't depart on time we got delayed about 2 hours when asked they only give response of waiting for the customers
2. They allow random people into the bus, 1 person enters to the bus(who knows the driver before hand) later acts like ticket verifier and starts altering customer seats. Takes the customer phone in the pretext of ticket verification and scoot with the phone. We gladly caught the guy before he can run away. When asked the driver he replies i dont know them.
3. Don't ever book this bus when travelling to holly place, the stops they halt for dinner/lunch will be only non-vegetarian hotel
Overall pathetic service ever

β β β β β First of all, they came late at the pickup location, after that they stopped everywhere possible and loaded goods on the bus. Bus did not move for more then 45-50 minutes. This is not how it works , they should value passengers time.

β β β β β Extremely horrible experience.... I recommend everyone never ever travel with this bus agency. Improper management of bookings, totally a messed up management, they don't know which passenger belongs to which bus... No timing sense.... Overall very very bad....

β β β β β One of the worst travel experience I've had so far...
My previous journeys with this travels would have minor issues but this time was too much
1) First off the seat was not clean on arrival and when asked to clean or change the sheet , they told me to just brush it all off and go to sleep and later on some guy helped me.
2) The curtains separating the seat from the aisle are very small that it didn't over the entire seat length....like bro give the lady some privacy atleast.
3) No shawls were provided in my previous journeys with this travels so i started carrying one [thanks to that I saved myself from (2) ]. But this time even pillow was not provided and when asked , they told that there was a shortage and to adjust.... like did the number of seats decrease suddenly???
4) The legside window was stuck and i had to open the headside window and go to sleep (i.e, it's very common to catch a cough or cold if the headside window is open).
I'm still traveling, so I hope I have a safe trip and no more problems ??
I hope they improve their services .

Boarding time is 8:55 now time 11:00 o clock bus is not came over all too late don't book Kukkeshree travels.
Finney bus came on 11:45 maximum 3 hours late what a mentions Kukkeshree travel's worst travels. Compare to this travels more than better Goods vehicle's or cruiser

β β β β β Very pathetic experience with this traveller. Booked ticket from Goa to Bangalore for AC bus, but at the time of Departure these traveller has sent NON AC bus. And after argument they arranged one seat in another bus and that was the last seat in bus. Unprofessional behavior when you ask for your rights. Worst bus travell ever. Full of cheaters and unprofessional people. You will surely regret if your travelling with traveller.
