β β β β β I'm a frequent traveller, and I opt VRL most of the times. Good experience. Earlier there were a lot of VRL busses, but now maybe due to pandemic finding the right bus with desired seating arrangements is a task especially during weekends.

β β β β β Loved travelling in VRL buses. Good service, great driving, On time pick up and delivery. Good waiting areas, and has lots of buses that take you to almost every part of Southern and Central India. I had travelled to Mumbai once and it was a good experience with well maintained luxurious multi axle buses. But the place doesn't have a good washroom or toilet facilities. It's very disgusting and stinky. I didn't feel like using it at all.

β β β β β It was very good when I have visited last time, this time I felt I have visited some bus station which is Bihar, everywhere full of pan spits, toilet was toooooooo dirty, bus drivers and tempo drivers were to harsh or rash in driving inside the VRL bus terminal. I was shocked for some time is it really VRL, have I come to the most successful VRL travels or some 2nd class bus stop. Vijay Sankeshwara Sir is a role model for lakhs of people, felt bad for his organisation maintenance in the main city.

β β β β β So many buses are available from here to other states of India. They are very punctual about times. VRL is reputed brand in today's world. Except they night buses are running late. I will always prefer VRL over other traveler agencies.

Staff is in uniform
Cleanliness is good
Customer service are also good
Pickup and drop facilities are available
Toilet and washroom are available + cleanliness and hygiene is good
Apart from that there is lot of sitting arrangements for passengers
The only main concern is that management must take care of behaviour of the staff. As the are very rude sometimes with customers.
Also , if everything about VRL travel and services is good, management must take care of behaviour of staff with customers.
This is help VRL travel to grow up and have thier more ratings as compared to other competitors.

β β β β β Trusted travels partner. Very big VRL exclusive bus hub/stop near Anand Rao circle. Cafe, toilet, waiting seats and room for feeding mothers. Overall nicely maintained and buses to all routes of India will start here.
