But bus change and majestic late hours makes you loose sleeping hours.
Price is sometimes high.
Bus is good quality.
Bus service is good.
Maintenance is good.

β β β β β They have provided all the necessary requirements to the passengers it includes : Wash room , Rest room and CC camera for security purpose and all the staffs are always ready to help customers.

β β β β β Well maintained bus station and good bus service. But the way the drivers drive whenever they come across speed bumps has to change. Else they will break the backbones of all the passengers on board, especially while the passengers are asleep. The provision of a charging port for each passenger is a great value addition while traveling

β β β β β Service is good. But lacks on bus timming. Sitting area is not that comfortable. Even the toilet is not maintained.

β β β β β This is the main pickup point at anand rao circle for all VRL travels, all the buses have to enter here and move. You may get confused by looking around for VRL travels on maps but this is the actual one for travels boarding.
There are provisions for enquiry and help desk, direct ticket booking can also be done from here,
good infrastructure and provision for seating are made but they are normal benches.
Good spacious boarding area and nearby hotels for refreshments are available.
Facilities for ladies and gents washroom are available but don't expect much as they are not much clean.

β β β β β Once upon a time VRL was the best however not anymore. Recently had very bad experience with VRL when i booked AC bus from Mangalore to Bengaluru. When we were about to board the bus we were provided non AC bus and we had no chance to speak as there were only driver and cleaner available on spot It's been 2 weeks now after this bad experience, forget about the refund not even a courtesy sorry from the roadlines. Drivers behaviour made us remember old hindi movie villans. He was very rude and no mercy character. A big no to this travels as it is not the first time Iam facing problem with them.
