No information regarding the positon of the buses in the platform...
Punctuality is an unhered word for the staff working here ..
They behave as if they are doing a great favour to us by taking us in their buses ..
Even though the place is under CCTV surveillance pls do good care of your belongings ..
A fellow traveler of mine lost a lauugage and these guys despite having CCTVs were not willing to help .. The standard answer they give is "we are not responsible for your languages" ..
Pathetic experience .. They just have the brand value n people r deceived by it... Zero care for passengers ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That number asked me to gpay for luggage booking and stopped answering the calls. I went to VRL office they said it is a fraud number. Please be aware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was totally surprised after getting down from VRL pickup bus.It looks like a mini bus station with so many buses piled up in line, there is a baby care, a vet canteen and you cal also spot out luggage parcel area. Never expected this from a private operator.

People are helpful, restrooms are well maintained by public standards...
Crowded always...but they guide to your respective bus properly...
Buses are on time and they come on time and leave on time...
Very friendly employees and helpful...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VRL is a huge logistic company with a huge fleet of buses. They have chartr aircraft too. If you are traveling from Bangalore, all the VRL busses start from here. If your pickup point doesn't come on the route (to the destination of the perticular bus), they have do provide cab too (to pick you up from your nearby pickup point).
There are waiting places, enquiry counters, rest rooms, canteen here.
There should be display boards showing bus status.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This VRL Bus depo at Anand Rao circle is most convenient place for picking up of any bus leaving for different cities.
Almost every vrl bus either start from this stop or cross this stop before leaving for the destination.
It has a huge campus with many refreshment shops and restaurant nearby.
However you need to be little careful with the traffic which would be during pick time. So leave early in case you dont want to get stuck in the traffic and miss your bus.
You can find many mode to reach majestic as it is at few kms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a time when VRL was one of the best bus service but now it is the worst. Customer care is useless, no one picks up the call, unprofessional drivers, delayed departures, unhygienic and badly maintained vehicles, even they have stopped sending SMS for vehicle number. Bus is used for drying drivers clothes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trusted travels partner. Very big VRL exclusive bus hub/stop near Anand Rao circle. Cafe, toilet, waiting seats and room for feeding mothers. Overall nicely maintained and buses to all routes of India will start here.
