★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bus conditions are worst due to rains there was water in bus and seats were wet.Operators we're least bothered.Due to luggage loading delayed 1 hour in Bangalore and again de-loading of luggage another 1 hour on d way in morning.
Use this bus at your own risk.Pathetic service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst driving skill ever, this bus AP39TH 3296 on neelamangala highway disturbed every single vehicles on the road. Driving in bike lane, i pray nobody in the bus, he is risking everyone's life. Please educate your drivers to value human lives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst bus ever and I didn't even travel in it. Just saw from my car how dangerously the driver was driving the vehicle and it is unsafe for anyone. He was dangling the bus on the muddy edges of the road and was being a major nuisance and danger to other vehicles in the road. One can only imagine the plight of the passengers inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible bus service provider, they will deliberately delay the bus pick up timings and not answer the customer calls and their intention is , the bus journey must be cancelled by the customer so that they make profit by boarding up an alternate pasenger hence they make double profit. Never ever book this travels you will experience a night mare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came from Mumbai today. It is a parcel bus pretending to be a passenger bus. Stopped at Sion for 1 hour to upload cargo on top of the bus. Stopped at Vashi for a passenger for 30 minutes. Stopped at an unknown location for driver change for about 30 minutes. Stopped at a dhaba as usual at 12.30 AM whereas the scheduled time was 10 PM. Stopped at unknown locations for men to get relieved but only at about 9 AM at a proper restaurant for females to freshen up.
Driver took uncharted territories, unknown and mostly untravelled roads at night saying this is a short cut.
Boarded at 4pm yesterday and reached destination at 12.30 PM.
VRL, SRE, SRL etc. Depart at about 5.30 PM and we reach destination by 7.30-8 AM.
I will put a well calculated comment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They not even deserve 1 star. Cancelled bus at the end moment. And this is not only once thrice it's happened to me. Better don't book ticket/travel in this traveler's. And not even don't know how to speak with customers when u call the operator. Totally middle finger to this service.
