★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good society, highway touch apartment. The walkways inside flats are very small making it difficult for 2 people walking together! Galleries are toughened clear glass and are huge, back side flats do not have a good view, inventory is also limited, overall a nice place to stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a residential complex comprising of 2 buildings. Nice society and members too. It has a small kids play area, a club house, a small gymnasium, a small swimming pool, a tennis court cum basket ball half court. It has a big and beautiful entrance gate and a wonderful landscape garden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very good apartment. Only two buildings are there so it's clean and all amenities are there like swimming gym club house kids play area. Also in summer for kids they arrange trainer for swimming. Karate classes are there for kids. Yoga and Zumba for ladies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to live! I have recently moved here by buying a resale flat. I will put my thoughts as below:
1. Flats are either facing east or west hence direct exposure to sunlight remains for half of the day. This is great if you want to put outdoor plants in your balcony.
2. The garden and amenities are well maintained. Also, residents take initiatives to keep this place neat and clean.
3. On the east side, a group of residents have planted trees alongside the river and created a small ecosystem for birds, reptiles and similar living beings. This creates a lot of positive vibe. Basically, that river had turned to a sewage line due to other societies pouring the waste water into it.
4. Looking at the amenities and cleanliness of the society, I feel maintenance is minimal compared to other societies in the area.
5. Recently, the society has built a water pipeline to increase the flow of PMC water. This would definitely put less reliance on procured water tankers.
