★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst society for family and even for bachelors.. most flats are managed by brokers they will ask u to pay brokerage every year. Society rules are useless your relatives cannot enter after 7 pm they need to submit id cards at gate. No parking space even if u stay there. Lifts doesn't work sometimes may have to climb stairs. Society administration is worst handel by old people. They will not let u park your car in guest parking even if u stay there. Our owner has returned our deposit after 2 months A7-504.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This society is so bad, they literally don't allow renters to even use the lift to take the furnitures and other stuff which is ridiculous. We were three girls picking up heavy luggages up and down multiple times and the guard stood near the life so that we don't use it. Worst experience!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a worth to stay. Worst society for bachelor tenants. Very illogical rules are applied like:
1. If girls bachelor tenants want to invite her female friends she have to mail them in advance every time (for minimum time also)
2. In female tenants flat male are not allowed in any case even if that person is father or brother or husband or friend and vis-a-vis.
3. For maintenance of the flat like plumbing and all you have to inform the society manager in advance
4. While shifting in you are not allowed use lift even if you are staying on the 7th floor.
5. While MOVING OUT you have to submit a 5000 deposit to the manager office. Rules are not clarify. Even if you ask they'll just say "Rule hai"

They have created their own rules.Males are not allowed in female tenant flats and vice versa even if your owner doesn't have any problem with that.. guard will tell you to put a mail to society office if you want to invite your friends and society never approves the same even after putting 100 mails..They will take some deposit when you move in and also take shifting deposit when you MOVE OUT.. and even after keeping the deposit you can not use lift for shifting.. don't know what that deposit is for.. on asking the same we got one answer" rule hai" ...Weird rules created by old people sitting in administration..owner kept 2k on hold from our deposit and didn't return some amount of it in the name of pest control done after we left the flat.. Feel secure and safe in all respects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Society looks good. But construction is 10-15 years old.. Maintained properly.. Security irritates visitor at the gate. (It is good system) but for me it is irritating.. Location, ambience, peaceful inside and nearby area is happening,joyful.
