★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never use them!! Terrible people. The guy created me when I booked. I asked for the company Volvo and paid the price. I reconfirmed and I get to the bus station and it's not that bus. I got a filthy bus and terrible service. I hate cheats and he ripped me off I am sure I am not the only one, many travelers were complaining when they got to the bus. Terrible horrible people!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I checked Google Reviews before going to this agency and I still thought "meh.. some people are just bitter". Turns out, you should trust Google Reviews.
These guys lied straight to our face saying that the bus we'll take is Delux. We wouldn't take it if we knew it was a local bus that shakes even when it's stopping and that stops every 30 min for sellers to come in bus and shout next to your ear. When we confronted, he'd say "but that's local bus price". The idiot tries to justify his lies and his rigged business with the price he decided himself. I'd be ready to pay more for an actual bus but he basically sold air for the price he set up.

The buses are of very poor quality. No pillow or bed sheets are being provided even when price is too high. Its always late by around 2 hours. Whole agency and bus staff are very rude.
Please never use this travel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ • Service ?️ : Not friendly, nor helpful. They respected the A/C bus and left at the time it was supposed to. They claimed the bus was direct but it stopped at least 5 times on the way to pick up and drop off passengers, this made the hole trip 1 hour longer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's pathetic experience with this travel company. We have visited Ajmer & Puskar from Jaipur on 1st Nov by A/C luxury Bus.
The Bus driver & cleaner are very rude. They took local passengers on the way, they switched off a/c. When we protest they use slang word also...we have repitadely request to Driver & Owner....over telephone but they don't bother us. They are not cooperating with us we are unable to see Brambha Mandir & Annasagar lake at Ajmer.They give falls commitment. In Ajmer they tied up with local Auto ( Bus stand 5 km faraway from main city) & forcefully pressurise to pay extra money . It's total wastage of Money & Time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst B_______s. Don't opt for this travel agency. They are operating a tour from Jaipur to Ajmer and back. On the throughout they will loot the maximum from you. They will not drop at specified point, instead they will drop you far-off and ask you to go by auto. The autos are tied up with them and fleece you. Wherever they stop, that is a commercial point to loot you. They will not give you sufficient time to see the locations, but enroute they will stop time and again to fill the seats. Worst nightmare awaits you in this travel agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rubbish service and journey. The bus was run down and dirty, the staff rude and it stopped lots of times. It ran late because it kept picking up people. There were people standing everywhere leaning on us and one put her bag on the back of my seat so I had to lean forward. Very dangerous as so many people all crammed in. The driver and conductor are just trying to make lots of money on the side. When some passengers challenged them the staff got very aggressive and shouted. At one point the driver and three other men all came into the bus screaming at passengers that had paid full price. I don't believe that the managment of the agency don't know this is going on. Also they dropped us a long way out of the main area as they had tried to get us to buy tuk tuk journeys to make more money out of us. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is an ok travel company. We took the shuttle from Jaipur to Pushkar, the bus had AC and legs space was ok. They charge 10 rupis extra if you put your luggage in the back of the bus. But in general travel was good. They leave you like a 3 minutes tuk tuk distance from the center but aparently any bus can do. Resumen: you can use this agency and it will be nice.
