★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst hospital do not visit this hospital lack of doctor facilities and doctor visit only once in a day and even they don't tell us about the condition of the patient that what actually the problem is with the patient.Not satisfied with this hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are fine mm like 7/10.... *The main head doctor visits once in a day only....... Some nurses are good in behavior but some are not. So 6/10 for nurses. Housekeeping department is also nice.. 9/10......... Yeah reception! Receptionist should be humble to the patient or relatives of patients. Though they may be good in their official work, but in humbleness and behavior, they do lack somewhere.. So 4/10 to reception ....... At last about infrastructure, it is good.... Cleanliness is maintained efficiently.. So 9/10........
One suggestion to hospital - Please allot one/two specific nurse for a patient. Changing nurse in every shift causes problems to both patient and nurses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went their for the covid vaccination and below are the steps to be followed before you go to Kunal Hospital:
1. Register before going the hospital via the Aarogya Setu App tab Vaccination
2. You need to go in the morning between 9:30 - 10am to collect the token ( they give tokens after this time as well but then you will get the jab in the afternoon).
3. Once your token number comes they have a counter on the ground floor where they will check the registration you made along with your Aadhar card or the ID proof you gave.
4. Then they will give you a slip which is required to be taken to the payment counter on the first floor.
5. Once payment is done you need to wait outside the vaccination both.
6. Once in the vaccination booth they will check the payment receipt and then give you the vaccine.
7. Once vaccination is done you need to wait for 30 minutes post which you will get the vaccination certificate and then you can leave.

Services and the facilities were satisfactory.
But the rules should be more strict.
The staff was loud, i felt like i was in a canteen when i went for a walk outside my room.

They do this because they can get more money from beds charges. and if you have helath insurance tie up they will keep you admit for more days.To get more money from insurance company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Currently They Having The Very Worst Staff, Each Staff From Ground Level Specially Female Guard And Some House Keeping Staff Is Totally Worst, They Does Not Speak To The Patient and Their Family Members They Just Shout On Them Like They Are The Owner Of The Hospital And Also In This Covid Situation They Are Asking People To Remove There Shoes and Sandal.
I Had Not Seen So Rude Staff In All Over Of Nagpur Hospital Which Is Available Here.
This Whole Staff And Guard All Of Them Are Moving From In and Out Of The Hospital But They Are Asking Patients And To There Close Relative To Remove There Shoes And Sandal.
It's Totally Unhealthy Situation In This Hospital And Also All This Staff Use Very Cheap Laungaue To The Pateient And To There Relative.
Request You All Please Please Take Care Of Your Belongings And To Your Own By Avoiding This Hospital And Service.
All People Are Paying To Them But They Are Just Like Government Hospital, The All Staff Behavior Is Totally Like Fourth Class Type.
I Again Request You All Kind Avoid And Leave This Hospital ,There Are Much More Better And Best Hospital In The Nagpur City Kindly Avoid This Government Hospital And Take Care Of You And To Your Belongings.
