Thanks to Dr Bhaskar Gupta and Dr Rajni gupta for guiding in each situations and checking every day my wife and baby in rounds also taking extra care they are like god for me.??????????
Emergency teams : team is so fast and responsive they just understand patients in few minutes and start the procedure thank you ??
All floors are safe and hygiene i didn’t find any dirt on surface good job to house keeping team and security team, they also deserve appreciations.
Alexis team also observing patients feedback during this tenure and improvise there services which generally not happen everywhere.
I must say this is only one place where you can trust and believe in cure with latest and advanced technology such as phototherapy .
Sisters are so polite and working day night hats off to them proper followup and providing precautions and medications before discharge of patients.

Improvisation :
please clear the doubts of the patient before admitting such as policies and processes specially guiding senior citizens .
for pharmacy keep inventory for all patients including babies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come Alexis for Normal delivery of my wife from starting of my wife pregnancy. Our doctor is Sakshi Gayakwad. I am disappointed. At the last she said you have to go for cesarian. As in NST test 3 times his breathing come less than 80. But when I researched online. It is clearly written Baby can go for Normal delivery even if multiple loop around her neck. She pressed me so much that if I not do anything her breathe come 0. I think its better to go any other hospital, if you want normal delivery.
Response from owner -" share your number we look your problem". It just market gimmick they dont do anything. If you have a corporate insurance or your company insurance be ready for bigger bill they do c-section and charge you heafty amount for NMC(Non Medical charges). Also before IPD in hospital please ensure room number otherwise they may not give you entitled room. Do everything clear before admitting patient

After the Mumbai Nagpur Found the most sensative place in Maharashtra but in that pandemics Alexis Serve The best and We Never Found any Misconduct or Misbehave with any of the Patient on that days and till Date too.

I came to the hospital with my father in a worst condition Dr.Rupesh helped us so much ,he is very good in emergency care. Hospital staff is really calm and helpful,doctor and the staff explained me all the process very politely.It was a good experience. They are just amazing. I have no words to explain their hospitality which they show towards their patients. Outstanding hospital environment and staff work!! And Dr. Yadav ,he explain my diet completly ,it was a amazing session with him also whenever I have any doubt about my diet he is always available, just in call.
