Nice hospital, n its nice because of Their doctors specially Dr Rajni Gupta ,gynecologist n Dr Bhaskar Gupta sir ,pediatric. They both are superb, n doing their duty very amazingly.the other OT staff, house skipping, nurses, specially the incharges are very good in their work n in co-operating ,n sisters are too good. What a best and the bestest efforts put by Dr.Aditya Atal who is neurosurgeon in Alexis when I met with an accident ... I am so glad of my recovery and would definitely recommend anyone who is having neurological issues . He constantly keeps track of health issues and gives his more than 100% to resolve... ?

Thank you Alexis Hospital and Dr. Rajni Gupta Madam for birth of my child. My wife had complications of High BP and Sugar during pregnancy. But the care and treatment given by Dr. Rajni Gupta madam were really the best. My wife delivered baby on 17/12/2020 and later baby was treated very well under supervision of Dr. Bhaskar Gupta. Had an amazing birth experience at Alexis hospital. So thankful to Dr. Rashmi Shinde. She took constant follow ups throughout my pregnancy. She set very realistic goals for me throughout and all i did was follow her instructions and i had a blissful normal delivery ??. Hospital nurses from labour room were very supportive and motivated me till the end. Had an amazing stay at the hospital as well.

Visits to a hospital are usually fraught with stress and scare, and doctors, nurses and admin staff play a big role in shaping up the experience. In times of emergency, it is usually the nearest care facility with little choice.  But in cases where the care is spread consistently over a significant period (like pregnancy/delivery), one is often confused as the choice of doctor and hospital is elective and thus there is all the more pressure to make it the right one. Being an expectant mother of twins, my case was categorized in the high risk with other factors and so was refused by a couple of Ob/Gyn specialists in view of the associated challenges of an imminent pre-term delivery.  We had to choose an experienced Obstetrician with a well-equipped care facility (particularly a level 2/level 3 NICU to take care of the preemies) and Neonatologist to handle the possible urgencies at the time of delivery.  We decided to consult Dr. Rajni Gupta at Alexis and we are so glad we did.  Right at the 1st visit to establish consultation, we were put at ease by her regarding all the anxieties and queries we had.  All through my pregnancy, she was in constant touch through followups, phone calls and chats with timely and appropriate evaluations, lab testings, imaging, keeping a close tab on my health parameters with necessary medication management.  Nothing is more reassuring to a patient and family than to see the doctor be unruffled by the state of affairs, in total control of treatment and yet prepared for the unpredicted.  Dr. Rajni Gupta not only is a focused and skilled physician but a personable, compassionate and empathetic individual too.  She has been a guiding force not only from a medical perspective but as a doyenne and confidante who helps to take right decisions and steers you in the right direction. We have been blessed with twin preemies both of whom are in NICU for the past month under the care of neonatologist, Dr. Bhaskar Gupta, who is a gem of a doctor, I must say.  (No surprise Dr. Bhaskar Gupta and Dr. Rajni Gupta are husband-wife – What a terrific duo of thorough professionals and wonderful souls).  Despite the initial tense moments at the time of birth of the twins due to respiratory distress, he took over their care and stabilized them soon.  As I write this, my babies are thriving and well on their way to achieving their little milestones of growth under the nurturing and vigilant care of Dr. Bhaskar Gupta, and their expert NICU team (Dr. Shubhangi, nursing staff). Coming to the infrastructure of the hospital, needless to say, it is all top-notch.  We never had to go anywhere else for any opinion or testing.  All the services are under one roof and coordination amongst different departments is smooth.  The all important nursing and ancillary staff is prompt, pleasant and helpful.  The RMOs are competent and cordial.  The billing and records personnel seem a bit insensitive but I assume that to be from work pressure, inadequate training or a deliberate attempt at sounding more efficient.  Contrary to perception of many, we found the charges for consultation/testing/services at par with most hospitals (Incidentally, one of my family members is associated with supply chain for many hospitals in Nagpur so it isn’t difficult to get rates and packages) but with a far superlative quality at Alexis.  Taking into consideration the best practices followed, the accreditation programs, and treatment protocols conforming to international levels, the small premium you pay is totally worth the value in terms of standard of care at Alexis. To sum it up, this is just the start of my fantastic journey into motherhood and I already have made some wonderful friends at Alexis who just feel like my extended family.  I just can’t thank them enough for all their support, humane approach and care.  Wishing them love, luck and success.
