★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff over here take your complaints very seriously. They attend the problems reported with full attention and try to provide appropriate solution.

The service levels have gone down. From last two months my phone has been dead. The complaints are getting closed without actually fixing the problem. It has been a painful experience, hence forced to reduce the rating from 5 to 3.

Good staff who responds well and good services towards the costumer.
Despise of many companies trying to get in this sector there's always a come for it for BSNL -the classic model of telecommunications.
