★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a Purica AO water purifier installed.. It is under AMC, which I have done on 25th September, 2019 and will be till 24th September 2022.. The machine should get 3 services per year.. Last year I had got 2 services. Every time I had to call them for the services for which we have paid at the beginning of the AMC. This year also, 1 service is due. 2 days ago I called the customer care and asked about the pending service. They gave me a docket number and told that I will be contacted shortly and will get the service, and they will do something about the pending service.. It's 2 days over, and no one from Kutchina called me..PATHETIC SERVICE TEAM KUTCHINA..
