★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff’s behaviour is not good. I was travelling to Goa from pune. They are very rude and unprofessional. Never travel by this bus. Other narmada travels are good but Goa to pune is not good. Driver and cleaner both are rude. You feel very unsafe with these people
