★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a well built structure have to admit. The infrastructure is amazing and the connection of towers with the mall and the Underground pasage to the station is also great. When it comes to real estate or business buildings, L&T never disappoints and is the best in class. Security is good and Ambiance is fabulous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tower is meant for offices and i visited the 10th floor , the top one which is hired by Fleet shipping office for training and crew recruitment purpose.
The picturesque scenic beauty is awesome when viewed from top.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grand Entrance area and Entrance Lobby. Nice and clean Lift Lobby and good clean lifts. Helping Reception security makes it convenient. Huge Floor areas for offices, which can be modified to convenience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Corporate tower has all the listed company down in the entrance. Security is pretty strict about bag checking and all. You can get gate pass from reception of corporate park. They have good lift facilities and at the ground floor they have lounge named MITRON must visit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sit on the 10th floor. The view is fantastic. I can see the dock, the rigs, new bombay skyline, mangroves, sea, when the pollution is less even the Bombay skyline. One star less because there's some weird stench in the lobby on the ground floor.
