1. Lack of communication (were not given prior intimation about food arrangements or local ziyarat timings; we were only told about it when we could get them to receive our calls which was very rare),
2. Mismanagement (one seems to take the responsibility of the hajjis)
3. Blame games on each other was quite often (owner blames the workers, the son of the owner blames the father, the workers blame the managing)
4. Bad food quality,
5. Double room bookings (we were allotted the same room along with another family of female hajjis).
Very very disappointing
