Not a paid review... I usually dont write reviews, let alone negative ones but couldnt help in this case..I was looking for ceramic/PPF for my harrier..and contacted them over whatsapp.. the guy quoted me 17k/22k for 1yr/2yr warranty of detailmax/wurth/ 3m ceramic and 48k for avery/car skin PPF and 90k for garware/hexis PPF. Finding rates to be fairly reasonable, i decided to visit the shop to see their work and finalize the deal face to face. I met two sikh guys there, one of them was the one in touch with me over whatsapp. To my utter surprise, i found them HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. They told me they will do wurth ceramic for 45k, full body avery PPF for 90k.. for part PPF(bonnet, bupers, ORVMs) with car skin and balance h wurth they quoted 50k when it should have been about 30k as per rates quoted to me 2 days back.. On showing the rates they quoted to me on whatsapp, they told that they can change the price anytime and they have not yet done any work on my car or finalised any deal. They simply WASTED MY TIME. I could have finalised some other detailing shop in these 2-3 days. Meanwhile, there was a tata safari there on which PPF was being done and i could see the poor quality work they were doing.. the applied PPF had many bubbles.. i have seen the procedure in many youtube videos..on having a discussion with them, i could understand that i know more about ceramic and PPF than them.. In a nutshell, following are my beliefs: 1. I think they started out as a car wash garage and i could see about 30-40 cars lined up there possibly for car wash. They may be good for car wash and having a dedicated customer base.. the reviews, in my view, are mainly for this service.. their detailing service is new and definitely not upto the mark. 2. The behaviour is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. On coming to know that i had come from far, they understood that i was not going to affect their existing car wash customer base and so their attitude changed. 3. Contact details online are of the younger sikh who has no say and seemed to have no authority. 4. They dont have a trained and skilled staff for such detailing works.. i think being an old garage they have started seeing youtube videos and decided to diversify with their existing staff. 5. I dont think they have any authorisation certificate from any of the ceramic/PPF brands and any warranty being given will be useless in that case as for any warranty u need to get these applied from a certified professional. 6. I think most of the reviews have been obtained by them by talking to the old drivers/old customers of their carwash service So, guys BEWARE of this place and DONT GO FOR ANY DETAILING SERVICE here.

Hands down in kolkata this is the best place for bike & car cleaning, polish and washing. The team is extremely well trained and professional.
