★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought cleaning machines from many renowned companies but no one gave after sales service. Now I have found a good company New Age Cleaning Solutions, who have very strong after sales service back up. They give 24X7 day and night after sales service.
They have large basket of all type of cleaning machines, cleaning tools and even grass cutting machines and lawn mower for gardens.
I am highly satisfied with good quality of their products, very good service and economical prices.

I was very excited to purchase NACS products, but my experience has turned out very poorly.
I was initially planning to get all machines from NACS worth 100000 but I thought of trying their machines and service first so I only ordered 3 machines.
Out of these 3 machines from NACS one of the machines is damaged and not in working condition due to this our business is getting effected and we cannot continue our services.
Please don't let them fool you with big promises I was getting regular calls from their sales team (4 calls in a day) before I ordered the machines but now when we are trying to reach out to NACS and unfortunately nobody is responding over email or phone.
NACS should be your last option!

I am from Bhubaneswar, So asked them to provide some of the customers of Bhubaneswar, whom i can contact to get a feed back about after sales service. The Answer is we don't share our customer information. Don't you think its a negative statement ??? I think you are not confident about your post sales service. After this reply, sure the owner has positive mind set. So 5 star ..

I am using their machines in my chemical factory where lot of foam is generated and machines go in break down because of it. But hats off to New Age Cleaning Solutions, they send service engineers on one call and I have no problems.
Good quality products, economical price and excellent after sales service - I am really impressed.
