★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can someone please suggest the wait time to string my badminton racket (muscle power 29) here? If I buy BG65 titanium and string there, how much it will cost extra over MRP? I hope as it's a pro-Yonex shop, the owner uses a digital string machine, not an analogue one, to measure tension! Kindly reply please

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to get the Nanoflare 700 . Got one for 13.5k with Aerobite strung at 26 lbs . The owner/salesman/the woman who strings are very polite and will cater to your needs . You might be paying a bit more(~400) compared to the Online retailers but you get to test , feel and string the rackets right after buying them. I will totally recommend this shop to all my friends/family and if you are planning to buy anything badminton .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the store today in search of good badminton shoes. A mid aged man greeted me with a smile and showed me the shoe section. They are authorized yonex dealers and I was surprised to see so many varieties of yonex shoes ranging from 2500 to 10000. I had visited at least 5 sports shop in the city ( few in Whitefield and some on queens road) but no one had this much variety.
The man told me the entire range (dint shove the expensive ones on me) and asked me my preference in any range. I had a few models in my mind so I started with SHB 65. There were all 3 models available in SHB. The person helped me try all the three shoes with patience and also explained the difference between the three. I chose SHB 65z. The next thing I was skeptical was the price but my worries dint last as they quoted 9900 MRP with a 20% discount. I immediately checked online (don't check amazon/flipkart. They rob you. ) on one of the cheapest and popular website khelmart. To my surprise khelmart too had the similar pricing (200 bucks cheaper though). So instead of hassle of getting this online and risking any defects, I decided to check the shoes thoroughly and take it from Lanai. Now coming to the final payment, an elderly lady was at the counter. I requested for further discount and she was kind enough to immediately reduce 2% (a total of 22%). I was also explained about the warranty of the shoe. (though I was a bit unhappy with 3 to 5 months warranty on a 9k MRP shoe but I guess that comes from Yonex). We had a friendly chat and I left the store happy. Few people have reported very bad experiences. But my experience was very very good. I went there from Whitefield. I am happy I chose to go. Would recommend anyone looking for a wide variety of yonex shoes at best prices to definitely visit this place. BTW the SHB 65z is an awesome shoe. I tried them during my evening session and was amazed by the ankle support, shock absorption and the power transfer.

People here are very friendly and the best thing about this shop is if you want to buy a racket they will suggest u for ur kind like if ur doubles player or singles player they will suggest accordingly and they give u genuine suggestion to buy the better suited product for you. They will also have offers on different products. Must Visit place.

Thanks a lot, team, especially Mr. Jnanesh Shetty, for all your support and coordination which you have shown during this product reinstatement process, which has wrongly been delivered by Amazon India.
I am writing this to confirm that, finally I have received the actual ordered product i.e. Yonex Arcsaber 7 Unstrung Badminton Racquet ( Shine Silver , G4 , 85-92 grams , 24 pounds ). Please refer attachment.
After receiving many disappointing responses and worst support from customer service of Amazon India and Cloudtail India Pvt. Ltd., since I crossed my product returning window, I lost all my hopes and which made me feel disgruntled as well.
Fortunately, I spoke to Lanai Pro Shop Yonex (the actual dealer) team personnel Mr. Jnanesh Shetty, he considered by genuine case and helped to sort things very passionately and professionally, eventually I received my actual product.
I am getting immense pleasure to appreciate the Lanai Pro Shop (the actual dealer) Bangalore team, KEEP UP GOOD WORK TEAM, KUDOS. Moreover, I would recommend Lanai Pro Shop Yonex to all my friends and family members.
