Need big time improvement on customer relationship management.
Long way to go!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my car serviced on Sunday 12th Dec 2021. I could see dust on most of the part of the car and around corners of the doors and and under Bonet.
The manager ask me to check and let him know where I find the dust and he would then clean.
Being Honda service centre and not checking the basics is really a bad experience. I am no way getting my car serviced at Landmark Honda, which is really a shame to Honda service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could have rated below 5 star I would have done that, the customer relation executive so called “SNIGDHA” is very rude( rude in a way that she already has lot of work to entertain). Honda or landmark group should send her to some educational institute for some literacy program. They don’t know how to talk to customers they don’t know how to retain a customer. They are just based on false promises. At the end she said you can go and make your car service somewhere else.
