★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave my Dell laptop to repair in 2018 and after 2 days they returned my laptop by saying it can not repair.
Later on I checked my laptop in Dell service center and they said components are missing in your laptop like IC and many more.
Also They've replaced duplicate RAM of 2gb instead of original 4gb, duplicate 250gb hard disk instead of 500gb.
More on they marked my duplicate signature on components and changed them.
"Laptop Care Pune" took out essential components from my laptop.
Very bad experience. I did not get missing components anywhere now. My new laptop is totally useless now.
I filled case against them in consumer forum and everywhere I can.

Ms. Renuka madam over here is very polite and a patient lady, explaining everything transparently about the issues in laptop and all the possible options to resolve those issues.
