Booking was done in neeta travels bus through red bus. We had opted for insurance that if the bus is cancelled then we will be refunded complete amount + 1000/- extra.
This is the reason they did not inform us that the bus is cancelled by the operator and shifted our booking in some dirty bus of anukool travels. Due to last minute we had no option than to board this pathetic bus.
The bus interior are worst, stinking and have bedbugs and cockroaches.This bus was already an hour late. Now, the bus is broken down since last 1 hour and driver and cleaner are rudely arguing with all passengers.
Red bus is not taking any action now and we are stuck.
Request to all that DONOT BOOK BUSES FOR GUJARAT AND RAJASTHAN (Specially udaipur) from red bus.
No professionalism and worst service.
We are decieved and now red bus is denying the responsibility of the insurance.

Unnecessary boarding of passanger in passage of so called luxury bus.
