Particularly one lady name Saroja don't know how to talk to a patient very insulting manner need to teach staff laya is runing for patients how to treat them never ever going to visit again bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people working in this lab are very relectant .They will assure you that via call information of reports generation will be informed ..It will never happen in counter you're calls and WhatsApp messages will be ignored. Staff will usually say they are very busy today but if you go and check in lab you will see that staff is busy talking to sales girls of neighbouring shops.

1. Less crowd
2. Professional Doctors
3. No problems with staff at counter.
4. TV is available, so no issues for people who is coming with patient.
5. Seems noisy environment, due to some work is in progress inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service please don't choose this center, I personally recommend it's very wrost process and wrost staff. Note: MRI scan doing 17 year's boy not a professional peson. They completely money mind. they are not maintain minimum safety for covid19.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited for more than 2 hrs even when coming at the appointment time provided. Poor use of technology. There is no connection between the different branches. The appointment call comes from Chennai and the staff here does not know anything and sends on first come first serve basis. Staff is not very polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most pathetic service provided by any lab compared to others. No option for card payment but accepted gpay. If we call them they will say that come within 30 minutes we will do everything but after going there it will take hours to get in our turn.
