★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the worst diagnostic labs I have ever seen. Right from the customer interaction to sample collection to result availability, its a bad experience. The WhatsApp customer rep was unable to locate the field technician. It took many tries over a span of a few hours to get a confirmation for home service.
The tech finally arrived on a scooter after getting hopelessly lost. It was shocking to watch him rummage in his scooter's boot for tubes and syringes, that were all mixed with previously collected samples and other medical waste!!! And to add to injury, this guy was reusing latex gloves, when I protested, he rummaged in the boot and produced one lose glove from the boot. It is obviously used as it was not from a sealed packet!! It is clear, this guy is not a trained medical technician, did not know the basics of medical hygiene. Given that he was so sloppy in handling medical samples, chances of contamination are so high that I have no confidence in their report. Further, I dread to think how their lab functions which we have no visibility to.
Next, I did not get the report in the evening as promised. After repeated ping pong between the technician and the customer service, I finally got the report on WhatsApp.
Overall, thiss lab is very unprofessional. Their customer service is bad. Their technician was unprofessional, untrained and sloppy, with no regard for basic hygiene. Obviously, I will never use this outfit. It sucks.

Only scan facilities are not available at this branch (you can visit the other branches at Dwaraka nagar Or Jagadamba)
It is pertinent to say it is a CGHS recognised laboratory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff doesn't give accurate information to patients.Waiting period is very long.Its hard for pregnant ladies to wait for such a long time during this COVID time.Absence of staff make patients wait for a long.Reports take alot of time.so I request them to minimise the time especially for pregnant woman.This centre has a great name for the accuracy of the test result so I wish they keep it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very prompt and sincere staff in the centre. Test results are very much accurate and communicate test results to user in reasonable time. Needs to include user mail address in the bill for further reference or develop a user friendly App to refer results with past results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here staff behavior is excellent customer service. In some diagnosis centers, they ask to bring previous reports. But here they never ask previous reports and they will make diagnosis very thoroughly and thorough investigation of present samples and give reports/ results. This activity is very much appreciated.

Today I inquired that they doing CGH rates also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff behavior is very very awe full, they don’t even have a basic common sense on how to behave with patients. I thought I should to the manager in duty and surprisingly she is even worse and realized the fact no wonder why the remaining staff is behaving so rude. They treat people not even like humans particularly when you go for COVID tests, staff themselves doesn’t wear masks properly and the reason I felt the manager was wearing the mask just covering the chin and neck and not nose and mouth, then what else we can expect from other staff. They should have separate arrangements made for patients coming for COVID tests at least make some chairs available for those patients coming there with severe fever body aches and other symptoms, they don’t have any of them and they don’t allow patients to go inside and ask them wait at the parking at the parking lot waiting for hours, but they allow them inside to pay the fee and then one can sit inside for few minutes while we wait for the previous patient pay the fee, surprisingly they will not get infected when the patient go inside to pay the fee, but they’ll get infected only if the patient want to sit inside while waiting for the test or even for a very short period while filling the forms. Staff takes a breakfast break while the sick people wait there for the tests to start, can’t the staff eat the breakfast before checking in for the day? The on duty manager Mallika that day she is very very rude, she doesn’t have much interest at all on the patient care except her personal care on applying makeup to herself. Another unfortunate part is that they’ve share a phone number and they never pick up and the weird answer that we hear from them is that we were addressing patients, to test them I called them when I was there and no patients in front of them still no one picked the call that leniency they have. Because they didn’t pick the phone I had been there for tests couple of hours early and waited there for more than three hours as they didn’t even start the tests even after the scheduled time. They really treat patients very very badly as they think patients go there because they don’t have any other choice. It is very very bad experience at those center. Patient id - 37899020
