★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is irresponsible. There is no process in place here. Even when the fault is on their side they're replying arrogantly. The receptionist was unable to enter the names and age correctly by even looking at our Aadhar cards. Only because we knew a doctor who referred us, we got our reports. The reports were released 1 day before itself and they shared with us only after an argument and when our doctor interfered. Overall very bad experience...
