★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This person is committing fraud with the customers. While placing orders for lehenga, he takes major amount in advance and later denies to provide the same 2-3 days before the wedding. He gives an excuse that the customer told the wedding date to be a week/few days later than the actual date. This person is doing everything in bad faith and kindly don't trust him especially with your wedding dress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop is a big no if you want are looking for a bridal lehenga. First, they failed to deliver the lehenga on time (after taking the full payment). We had to spend double the amount to buy another lehenga for the wedding since there was hardly any time left. Then they took days to process the refund. It took multiple calls and messages to get our due money back. A very unpleasant experience for any customer who want a bridal lengha

we booked our lehenga on 20feb and the delivery date was 15 April. Marriage got over and . the lehenga is not prepared till now ..we called them first they didn’t pick up the phone then they misbehaved also. They told us some useless and nonsense reason and now they are also not giving the money back. I have charged a case against them soon the shop will disappear from Google and Chandni Chowk. Thankyou for the worst hospitality Kapoor sahab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst shopping experience. Ordered an expensive lehenga for my sister's wedding. The product wasn't delivered on the pre-decided date. Even after repeated reminders, the staff member refused to make the delivery on time and there was still no guarantee on when the product will be delivered. We had to buy another bridal lehenga just 2 days before the wedding. Later, it took repeated calls and reminders to get the refund. It's been a complete waste of time, money and effort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's terrible how they treat their customers. Even after full advance payment and elaborate discussions with the staff, the lehenga wasn't ready on the due date. The sales executive didn't even refund the money on time. It not only left us without a lehenga for the weding but also with no assurance on our refund. We had to arrange a lehenga last-minute. It's taken up a lot of our time and energy, especially on the days we were fully packed with other commitments. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. This has been the worst shopping experience so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There’s no proper grievance redressal and refund process here. They forget about your order once you pay the amount. We booked a bridal lehenga for an April wedding. There was no assurance on the order delivery even two-three days before the wedding. We had to rush to buy another bridal lehenga in Gurgaon. The staff member was extremely callous in the refund process as well. Won’t recommend this shop to any customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You might as well forget about your lehenga if you have ordered from this shop, because be assured the staff members won’t remember. They don’t value their customers’ time and money. We paid for a bridal lehenga here and the outfit wasn’t ready even two days before the wedding. We had to arrange another lehenga, which also means we had to redo our jewellery. It became extremely chaotic for us, all thanks to their incompetence. Don’t buy from this shop, terrible experience.
