★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely Poor service. Had bought a laptop from their store with accidental damage protection plan and extended warranty. Inspite of laptop well within warranty the staff at the store did not support at all and very rude behaviour. Tried reaching to management but was futile.
Kindly do not buy the products from this store, this is a genuinely a pathetic experience. Please avoid Lenovo Phoenix Market City Kurla store.

I was looking out for a Laptop to suit my needs of running heavy graphic and video editing software and the knowledgable staff guided me to the right product that fit my budget. I ended up buying the Lenovo Legion. The laptop performance is great and it can be upgraded if the need arises. I have also taken advantage of an extended warranty for my laptop so that I have my laptop serviced at a nominal cost. Would highly recommend this place it you are looking to upgrade or buy a new laptop.
