★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on 26/2 to show my All-in-one Desktop as it just stopped working.
Handed over the Desktop on Saturday 26/2/22 at 2.50pm for which they said they will send to their Service Center on Monday.
Today is 2/3/22 Wednesday and I still don't know status of my Desktop as to what the problem is and what needs to be done.
So in anger I said kindly call back my Desktop I dont want it to be with you guys.
Now the funny part is that the Desktop which took all of Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday (4 days) to reach their workshop was ok to be given back to me on Wednesday by 3pm.
High handedness and apathy of service. Don't know whom to blame.
