★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my Moto G4 plus for service there, they didn't had the original battery and offered me to install a compatible one instead which I obviously refused. Its a small place repairing only mobile phones. No tablets are repaired.
Motorola has started manufacturing faulty products lately and I don't think I will buy a Motorola phone again in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will say many service center are good you just need to have patience. I went to resolve battery issue on my moto G4 plus. They first try to reset the device but it didn't resolve the issue. Then they found out that the battery is damage and replace it with new one all this in 2 hours. You just have to be patient and present over there. Because if you are present over there the person recalls your work and try to get it done as soon as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and fast customer service....I had issue with charging my Moto G4 . They checked the problem in an hour and told me that they have to change the connector. I was fine with changing the connector and so they changed the connector in another 1 hour for RS. 650. So I had my problem solved in just 2 hrs in the same day....that was fast...happy with it...5 ?

My moto g 40 is water repellent mobile which is under warranty period but they charge 1500 rs and give me reason that your mobile is liquid damage.
My mobile did not contact with water or other liquid
But they concluded that it has a liquid damage.
I asked them how you decide it is liquid damage they would not give me proper reason.
