★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are as shown in images, the building is very hard to find too far from main road, also there was load shedding issue, made it bad expierence for us as we were travelling from other city and no one cared to inform us beforehand visiting this property, don't fall prey to the reviews you'll landup in long travel inconvenience, also the person at reception is quite frank and doesn't care to have guest in this hotel/airbnb whatever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Does not make bed even after they promise to do so. Krishna (the owner who claims he is not the owner but acts on behalf of), is a lawyer and loves to be right.
Really, really sad. I do not give many 1 stars, but this place because of the way management works, deserves it.
Pray you do not have issues as trying to resolve it is pointless

Emerald vista luxury suites is a splendid service apartment facility near bombay banglore highway. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff and owner is friendly and cooperative. The food is tasty and fresh. Would definitely stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Manager is very helpful. I got my room in a very neat and clean condition. Because of the offer, I also got a Free breakfast which was very good. Also you can get your Food delivered here if you don't want to have their food. The staff is very helpful and the stay was very lively. No amenities were missing and the stay was up to the mark.
Good from business perspective because it's near to Baner and Aundh which are the IT business areas of pune. Over all, I would stay here again if required.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited emerald suites for two days. Firstly was treated very unprofessionally and was charged the extra bedding in spite of not using it. Secondly the staff is very rude and arrogant. I suggest not to visit the hotel. Since had no other option had to bare with the situation. I seriously will not visit the hotel. Very very bad and unfortunate experience. Only the name has luxury suites but the experience was very bad.

It was true luxury
I was a solo female traveler
Firstly rooms are spacious, you get living room, kitchenette, bedroom, balcony and attached washroom, all in the price of just a normal room! And the apartments are full of amenities such as fridge, microwave, crockery cutlery and so much more
I’d definitely recommend this place to everyone
Suitable for business and family travelers
Very safe for sole women travelers
Food was delicious and freshly made
Staff was very courteous and was always on their toes to help me
There is plenty of parking space and I could easily book cab - Ola uber from there
They also allow ordering from online restaurants which was great to satisfy my cravings
Overall a FIVE STAR experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is under staffed. The property is good. Rooms are clean and spacious. No complimentary water bottle which is strange. There were no tea or coffee sachets. Reception is vacant always. More than enough place for parking. It was a good stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a day where there was no power for almost more than 8 hours and they didn't have any power backup. Also they mentioned restaurant service but they don't have it, you have to order food from outside, which also includes a heavy delivery fee as it's not in the location where there are many restaurants who deliver to this stay. This wasn't an ideal place as it was disconnected to the main city and if you wanna book a cab then you have to start booking a cab before 45mins. Also I had an encounter with the owner where I have to extend my stay for a day and discussed the amount but during checkout he increased the amount at that moment from the amount which we had discussed.
I stayed for almost 5 days not even a single day of housekeeping people came to my room, even after asking to clean the place they didn't send one.
