★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a corporate stay over. They first put us inside some old block which was quite shabby. On complaint they moved us to new block with better rooms, bathtubs etc. But bathroom was in bad shape. Water never came in the tub and it was rusted and broken at quite many places.
Food was decent but not extraordinary. Not recommending this place to stay until they make their rooms worth living.

Clean, spacious and had what is essential. One issue that I faced was with the washroom hand-shower had a pretty leak that sprayed water when you turned the tap on in all directions. Apart from that, most of the things were great.
In-Room Dining:
As I always came back late from the office, I ordered food to my room directly though they had a wide array of items to choose from. The portion size is suitable for two if you are single, then wastage is a concern.
Breakfast:
Buffet Breakfast was complimentary. They had an assortment of food to choose from though most of the items are good, the South Indian items could be improved. Dosa was small and was too oily. A healthy option is also available.
Laundry Service:
The service as a whole was satisfactory, but it takes time. I had given the clothes early but it came back after a day even after selecting same-day delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ambience and customer service was excellent. The food was delicious and had many options. The room service as quick and helpful. The duty manager Ms. Pooja was really sweet and helped us out when necessary. All the staff are very welcoming and it was a wonderful stay.

Good things:
- the entire team is hardworking and always on their toe.
- food is good
- covid norms are take care off.
Things That Can Improve:
- Managing the breakfast buffet.
- timings of buffet, on holidays people won't wake up by 9-10am, u should think of extending it by 11am
Their initiative of sustainability is working well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had taken their Chamber Hall for my Dad's 60 th birthday bash ! The arrangement, food and everything was awesome... Staff is really good. Also the taste of the food was amazing... Whatever menu you have selected , the chef will give you for taste before the program so you can suggest any changes! Its a really good place to conduct small, private events.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Orchid Hotel I knew the hotel since 7-8 years as customer, as a vendor as a Event planner.
The Orchid Hotel located in traffic free area, ambience is too good no excuse in service all staff is best to deliver services.
Restaurant and food also having good quality.
Banquet hall also ample space to celebrate your programs...
It's good location for corporate bookings, birthday celebrations, celebrity events, promotions etc.

There are two wings (old and new) we stayed in old one which looks and feels like a dungeon and guests in old wing are treated the same.
I called housekeeping 5-6 times for fresh towels but no one came, when during checkout i pointed out to reception, they said you can email your complaints to us.
We had a 12 people business dinner and that too was below average, the server was talking more and doing less.
The place was burning hot and even after 8-10 times of requesting to turn up the AC no one bothered.
Have seen better hospitality in 2/3 star hotels
