★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was only one staff who did not want to assist at all. He recommended we go to Milan Subway showroom. After selecting glasses which I had to try and take by myself he said my system is down and will start at 12 pm. Requested he manually take down the details and share link he said no. Whatever is asked the answer was no.
Don't think they require business. No knowledge of customer service. Would not recommend local shops are better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with this store the staff is really rude and they don't have costomer satisfaction and there were no eye checkup specialist and no technician available and when i asked for technician they told ya he will be here in mins i was waiting and then he told he is coming late today it will take 3-4 hours and it was totally fake and i clicked one snap at the store and they told to delete it. Literally worst experience with this particular store
