They helped me in deciding what type of Specs is going to be suitable by explaining the features of the product and advantages and benifits I will get on buying the specs from lens kart. Kudos to Everyone in the Store.
I would also like to thank it's Manager and Optho. Excellent Team.

When I went to this store today (with someone), we were greeted by one of their staff who explained to us their end of season sale discount, which had buy one get one free with extra marked discounts on frames. The explanation was ok but the person conveniently forgot to mention that to avail buy one get one offer, you need to get Lenskart gold membership. Later, another employee insisted that the gold membership is a must for the same. But they had placed end of season sale stickers around the store that did not mention it at all. In some other parts of the store, they also had the gold membership sticker that mentioned the buy 1 get 1 offer.
Despite having this confusing and unclear pattern, one of their store employees used a pretty contemptuous tone to explain his point, as if it was not their employee who left out things in his explanation or the stickers that were outdated. We left the store feeling irritated by their display.
When I ask something to a store manager, I prefer to find the entire answer in one go and not have to decipher the truth by asking other employees. And I definitely expect some patience and politeness from the other party. If this had been my first exposure to the brand, I wouldn't have walked into a lenskart store ever again.

If you plan to pick a Jacob Jones OR Vincent Chase, please go ahead and try your luck. Hopefully they are able to address any issues with those home made frames.
Anything beyond that, Please do not even try. Anything they claim to be the authorised seller, they have no clue about it and I am not even sure they are selling authentic. Do it if you think you have all the time in the world to follow up with them every day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am literally disappointed with the time this store takes for eye test. Once its still fine but, i have been here multiple times and experienced the same. No one in store is doing nothing and yet takes hours to start eye test. There was no one waiting before us yet employees in store are busy doing nothing which is absurd. When me and wife raised our voice, only then they started moving.
Please ready to spend at least 3 hours if you have to go through eye test etc. I am now open to find a different eye clinic for myself and family.
My humble request to senior leadership to act, there is something terribly wrong going on.

There is a technician very good at his work and very helpful. I wanted my specs to be repaired which were purchased about two years ago. Many other technicians at other shops had denied saying modification is not possible in this type of frame. but when I requested the technician at the LensKart, he did it using a metal heating machine so that it can be modified a little, which was a very long process; but he attended me and did it properly, FREE OF COST!

Vision correction for everyone, the aim you took up for the company is being served well but still not at the affordability of the needy. The lenskart store at Crossing is one beautiful location for getting glasses & prames with free eye test. Amazing staff & great location, a must try rather exploring more options around;
